All the flavors of a classic Kentucky Hot Brown—turkey, bacon, and creamy sauce—baked into a scoopable dip.
If you love a Kentucky Hot Brown, you're going to love this dip.
It has all the flavors of the classic... turkey, bacon, cheese, and a creamy sauce... but in an easy, scoopable appetizer that's perfect for parties, game days, Derby gatherings, or holiday get-togethers.
This is one of those recipes that's simple to throw together and always one of the first things to disappear. I like serving it with toasted baguette slices, but pretzel chips work just as well.
Serve it hot from the oven and watch it vanish.

Ingredients
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked + crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt + pepper
Instructions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic powder; fold in turkey, half the cheese, half the bacon.
Bake 18–22 minutes until bubbly.
Top with remaining cheese + bacon; broil 1–2 minutes.
Kentucky Tip
Serve with toasted baguette slices or pretzel chips.
Let's get cooking!
