Easy Acai Bowl Recipe for a Quick Healthy Breakfast

Acai bowls are a staple in our house… especially when Camryn and Emree are home from college. It’s the first thing they make in the morning… quick, healthy, and so pretty in the bowl. We keep it simple with a few frozen ingredients and all the toppings, and it always turns into a little “catch-up in the kitchen” moment.



We keep these super simple… nothing fancy, just a few things from Kroger and a blender.


Acai Base:

  • 1 frozen acai packet (freezer section)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/3 cup oat milk or Silk yogurt

  • (Use any frozen fruit you love… berries, mango, whatever you have)


Toppings 

  • Granola

  • Sliced banana

  • Fresh berries

  • Peanut butter drizzle

  • Nutella if you’re my girls

  • Optional: honey, chia seeds, coconut flakes


How We Make It:

  1. Blend the acai packet, yogurt/oat milk, and frozen fruit until smooth… pour into a bowl… load up the toppings… and enjoy.


Why We Love It:

It’s not just breakfast… it’s our little morning ritual. When the girls are home from college, we make these together and catch up while we build our bowls.
