I made this Bourbon-Glazed Pork Tenderloin the other night, and honestly… I forgot how good it is. The whole kitchen smelled amazing — all that caramelized brown sugar, garlic, and bourbon doing its thing ... and the pork turned out so tender it practically sliced itself.
It looks like one of those “fancy” dinners, but it’s really just me searing a pork tenderloin and whisking together a quick glaze. Nothing complicated, I promise.
We had it with roasted Brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes, and let me tell you… there were almost no leftovers. My family is famous for “just one more bite,” and before you know it, the whole platter is gone.

If you want an easy dinner that feels cozy, a little special, and very Kentucky, this is the one.

Angela's Recipe Tips
-A meat thermometer makes this foolproof — pull at 140–145°F for juicy pork.
-Letting the pork rest keeps all the juices inside.
-The glaze thickens as it cools — drizzle extra over roasted veggies or potatoes.
-Perfect with Brussels sprouts, potatoes, or a simple salad.
Notes

1
Preheat + Sear
Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat pork dry and season all sides. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet and sear pork 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

2
Make the Bourbon Glaze
In a small saucepan, whisk together bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon, butter, and garlic. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

3
Roast
Brush pork with half the glaze. Roast 15–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 140–145°F. Brush with remaining glaze and rest 5–10 minutes.

4
Slice + Serve
Slice into medallions and spoon extra glaze on top.
