Kentucky Bourbon Peach Crostini

Updated: Nov 26, 2025

Because if Kentucky had an official appetizer… it would probably taste like this.

There’s just something about bourbon, peaches, and burrata that screams summer here ...especially when it’s all piled on a toasted baguette and drizzled with honey straight from Buffalo Trace. Add a splash of Woodford (because of course we do), and suddenly you’ve got an appetizer that looks fancy but takes almost no effort.

They’re super quick and easy, perfect for nights when you want to pretend you’re a fancy grown-up but inside you’re just tired and hungry. Same.

I had them with a chilled Viognier, and the combo was honestly ridiculous. Sweet, creamy, salty, herby, and a little boozy. Basically Kentucky doing its best Napa impression.
